Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (See video below) Join Ried Physical Therapy as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and be part of a team that values quality care and patient‑focused service. You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients for 60 minutes, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships and provide the care they truly need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with physical therapists to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll assist in patient assessments, implement treatment plans, and promote health and wellness. Responsibilities
  • Contributes to physical therapists' effectiveness by identifying patient care issues; providing information and commentary; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing physical therapy directives
  • Assesses abnormal conditions by reviewing the physical therapist's interpretations of patient evaluations and test results
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records
  • Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual therapy and exercises
  • Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenance
Qualifications
  • Manual Therapy certification or advanced manual therapy classes taken (not required, we can teach you)
  • Great customer service
  • Great listening and communication skills
  • Receptive to feedback and demonstrates a willingness to learn and improve

Compensation: $22 – $35 hourly
