Licensed Physical Therapist- In patient

The Licensed Physical Therapist provides and executes a Physical Therapy plan of care for patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

• Evaluates and executes a Physical Therapy plan of care for patients.
• Documents patient care and charges.
• Provides leadership and direction for Physical Therapist Assistants, support staff and Physical Therapy students.
• Participates in professional development and continuing education to insure compliance with licensure laws and hospital policies.
• Participates in departmental operational planning and goals action item meetings.

• B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current licensure by Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
