As a Senior Manager, Strategic Pricing & Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies designed to enhance revenue growth and profitability. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, support for global pricing frameworks, and ensuring all initiatives are aligned with broader strategic objectives.

A strong grasp of market dynamics and proficiency with pricing methods are important to driving growth.

• Develop and execute value-based pricing strategies for current and future products across SX, VC, and Pharma franchises.
• Partner with Commercial, HEOR, Market Access, Strategic Insights, Finance, and other stakeholders to shape pricing strategy.
• Optimize pricing and commercial approaches for established products to drive revenue in targeted segments.
• Influence pricing direction across regions and product lines to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead pricing strategy alignment and approvals through the CLR process and cascade decisions to regional pricing teams.
• Collaborate with global and regional partners to advance pricing initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and profitability.
• Apply strategic thinking, industry expertise, and pricing technology/optimization tools to enhance pricing effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and influence in driving pricing initiatives and represent Pricing Strategy in Market Access and cross functional forums.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (High School + 15 years; Associate's + 11 years; Master's + 4 years; PhD + 3 years)
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 7 years of relevant experience

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharma, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Data-driven decision-making with a keen eye for insights and trends.
• Action-oriented and resourceful, with a track record of turning strategy into execution without direct authority.
• Ability to prioritize, challenge assumptions, and adapt to change.
