Job Title
As the Practitioner responsible for all patient care, the practitioner provides comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic care.

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Home Health - Fort Worth

Standard Weekly
Hours:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science with certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics approved by the commission on accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs or Baccalaureate Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics
Certification/Licensure:
- Must obtain Texas State license to practice Orthotics within 12 months of hire date
- Prefer completed residency of Orthotics and/or Prosthetics
- CPR
