- Follow all facility policies and procedures
- Active Texas CNA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License or Government
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules if needed
- Previous hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
