Palm Primary Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to monitor and audit medical record documentation, coding, and quality measures for compliance and accuracy. The role requires knowledge of ICD-9/10, CPT, and CMS guidelines, with experience in using EHR systems and Excel.
The QA Coordinator will support quality improvement initiatives, process and manage communications, and assist in training staff on documentation and coding practices. Hybrid schedule with standard daytime hours.
