About You - A great caregiver is compassionate, patient, attentive, resourceful and displays attention to detail. Your work history should demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic. Two years of verifiable caregiving experience. Must be able to pass a background check. CNA or other certifications are helpful but not required. Compensation: $15.00 per hour
