Mallard Creek in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program within a post-acute care facility that serves geriatric and long-term clients.
In this role you will provide rehabilitative treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, perform ADL retraining and therapeutic activities, assess patient progress, and communicate outcomes to the supervising therapist to guide ongoing care.
