Job Description

Member needs a dependable caregiver to provide hands‑on support and safety monitoring due to dizziness and ongoing health conditions that may affect stamina and balance. Caregiver should be comfortable assisting with safe movement and transfers as needed, providing steady support during walking, and helping reduce fall risk in the home. Ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and able to notice changes in condition, communicate clearly, and follow a consistent routine while maintaining a calm, supportive environment.

• Help with bathing, grooming, and hygiene as needed
• Assistance with dressing and basic self‑care routines
• Toileting assistance and incontinence care (if needed)

• Standby support and hands‑on assistance with walking and transfers as needed
• Fall‑risk awareness and safety monitoring due to dizziness
• Light repositioning/comfort support as needed

• Meal preparation and light cooking
• Encourage hydration and regular meals per member preference

• General tidying of living areas used by the member
• Laundry, linen changes, and light cleaning (kitchen/bathroom wipe‑downs)
• Trash removal and basic home organization for safety

• Grocery shopping and essential errands as needed (may require caregiver to drive)

• Member is a non-smoker
• No pets in the home
