Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking forultimate flexibility without the headache of 1099 taxes?
Stellar Care Staffing is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (W2) to join our team. We believe in providing eliteclinical support while giving our providers the freedom to balancetheir professional and personal lives.

The Role

As a PRN PTA with Stellar Care, you will provide high-quality home health services to patients, helping them regain independence wherethey feel most comfortable. You pick the coverage areas and the daysyou want to work—we handle the rest.

What You’ll Do

Restore Independence: Implement functional, goal-orientedcare plans developed by the Physical Therapist.

Clinical Excellence: Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, including gait training, strengthening, and manual therapy.

Safety First: Assist with home safety assessments and reinforce modifications to prevent falls.

Documentation: Complete timely daily notes and progressupdates via our intuitive EMR system.

Collaborate: Work closely with the supervising PT and the Stellar

Care clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitionsand effective care.

Requirements What You Bring

Credentials: An associate degree from an accredited

Physical Therapist Assistant program and a valid state PTA license.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience(Home Health experience preferred).

Reliability: A valid driver’s license, auto insurance,and dependable transportation.

Tech-Savvy: Comfort with electronic documentation andmobile communication.
