Lucid Hearing is a leading innovator in hearing solutions and is looking for a hearing instrument specialist in Fort Worth, TX, to join its dedicated team. This role focuses on providing hearing assessments and recommending appropriate solutions to consumers.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
- Analyze test findings and recommend solutions based on the customer’s hearing loss
- Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing devices
- Educate patients on device use and maintenance, provide demonstrations and information
- Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with the assistive listening device
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or dispensing Audiologist (HIS or AuD)
- Motivated to help people hear better
- Ambitious with a sales‑focused attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem‑solving skills for an autonomous role
