Full time – Days, No Weekends. $15,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist‑Transplant to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to organ transplant donors and recipients by monitoring medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions. The pharmacist collaborates with all medical and surgical specialties, nursing and transplant clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care and assists in mentoring pharmacy staff, students, and other disciplines as needed.
Qualifications- Current license from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, or must obtain by start date if relocating.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- Completion of PGY‑1 plus 3–5 years in Solid Organ Transplant, or completed/in the process of completing PGY‑2 in Solid Organ Transplant from an ASHP accredited program.
- Specialty BPS certification preferred.
- FCCP, FASCP preferred.
- ACLS/BLS preferred.
