Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic serving an AL/IL/Memory Care community-Bethesda Gardens in Fort Worth, TX!
We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who is passionate about providing quality patient care and making a difference in the lives of others.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning
- Supervise assistants and aides
- Participate in case management
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state regulations and Synergy Care guidelines
- Represent Synergy Care’s commitment to excellence in every patient and facility interaction
- 12 Days PTO
