Position: Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Renew Home Health

Renew Home Health is hiring a compassionate home health PTA in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you help patients rebuild strength and mobility right in their own homes. Because home is where healing happens best, your work changes lives every single day. If you want flexible hours and meaningful care, then keep reading.

Why therapists love working at Renew Home Health

We built Renew around the people who make it special — our clinicians. As a result, you get real support, real respect, and real balance. Here is what we offer:

  • Competitive pay, paid bi-weekly
  • Flexible scheduling that fits your life
  • Mileage reimbursement and paid time off
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • A close-knit team that feels like family

Above all, we help you grow. Furthermore, we keep your caseload reasonable, so you can focus on your patients instead of paperwork.

What you’ll do as a home health PTA

As a home health PTA, you visit patients across the Fort Worth area and carry out therapy plans under a physical therapist’s direction. Typically, your day includes:

  • Guiding patients through strengthening and mobility exercises
  • Following treatment plans set by the supervising physical therapist
  • Tracking progress and reporting changes to the PT
  • Teaching patients and families safe movement techniques
  • Documenting each visit accurately and on time

Moreover, you work independently while a supportive team backs you up. Consequently, you enjoy both freedom and guidance in the same role.

What we’re looking for

First, you need an active Texas PTA license. In addition, we look for the following:

  • A degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • A caring, patient-first attitude

However, if you are a newer PTA with a big heart, we still encourage you to apply.
