Job DescriptionMembers are young females who needs a patient, supportive caregiver to assist with limited walking and fall-risk awareness due to hypermobility. Caregiver should be comfortable providing calm, structured support and reassurance during periods of anxiety or emotional overwhelm, while maintaining a respectful, encouraging approach. This role is best for someone who is attentive, gentle, and safety-minded. Able to assist with mobility as needed, help with daily routines, and provide steady supervision and companionship in the home.
Experience with youth/teen support, behavioral redirection, and creating a predictable routine is a plus.

Note:
We are seeking a caregiver who lives relatively close, within a 30-minute drive.
- Assist with limited walking as needed
- Fall-risk awareness and close supervision during movement/transfers as appropriate
- Maintain a safe environment (clear walkways, reduce trip hazards)
- Assistance with grooming and hygiene routines (as appropriate for age and family preferences)
- Support with dressing and basic self-care tasks as needed
- Provide calm companionship and structured routine support
- Encourage positive engagement and appropriate activities in the home
- Use patience and gentle redirection when needed
- Tidy common areas used during shift
- Laundry assistance (member-related)
- Basic cleaning to support a safe, sanitary environment
- Simple meal prep and cleanup as needed
- Encourage hydration and regular meals/snacks per family guidance
