Work hours:

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm;
Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Here’s What You Need Education
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Experience
  • 2 Years Front or back office experience in a clinic setting (Required)
  • 1 year lead role experience (Highly Preferred)
  • 2 year Surgery Scheduler experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Knowledge of front and back-office duties (Highly Preferred)
  • Specialty Clinic experience (Preferred)
What You Will Do
  • Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
  • Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
  • Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Coordinate general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
  • Provide direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
