For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. This Mental Health Specialist delivers comprehensive services to clients in the community, aiding in addiction or mental health recovery. They assist the Program Manager, ensuring organized documentation and providing administrative support. As the initial point of contact for clients, they create a welcoming environment, offer information, supplies, and travel assistance, contributing significantly to the team's functioning. Flexible days and hours may be required to meet community needs, with the team sharing on-call responsibilities.

High School Diploma/GED

Valid Texas Driver’s License
