As a Habilitatoryou willbe providing direct care services in Nursing homes to adult and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You willbererresponsible for scheduling appointments,transporting appointments, communicating with health care providers and their staff,maintaining health related documentation,andaiding with nursing staff.
TInthis position you arerequireddaily travel in one's personal vehicle throughout Tarrant County.

High School Diploma/GED
