For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. The Psychologist provides appropriate and impartial assessments and endorsements with written documentation that determines current functioning and eligibility of individuals seeking Intellectual Developmental Disorders (IDD) services at MHMR in accordance with agency policies, operating procedures and applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.

Completion of psychiatric residency program in the U.S.

Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas.
