Spavia Hulen Center is hiring part-time or full-time for a Massage Therapist. If you love creating five-star experiences, connecting with people, and working in a calm, beautiful environment--this role is for you. • Avg pay per 60-min massage: $45-$55 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services:
  Up to $70 for 80-100 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
• W-2 position
  - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $45-$55
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $50-$65
• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $60-$70
• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

• Full-time or part-time
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages

• Provide customized massages:
  Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
• Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes

• Active Massage Therapy license in Texas
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
