Hospice program offering a complete team of professionals and trained volunteers to meet the physical, spiritual and social needs of patients who wish to pursue proactive comfort care at the end of life in the location of the patient's choice.
We serve Tarrant, Denton, Parker and Johnson counties, We are looking for a remote volunteer to help make customer check in calls on active hospice patients and family members to see if they need anything.
The more eyes and ears we have on patients the better care we can provide!
