Director, Clinical Research

This is an opportunity to lead research operations at an established oncology clinical research site in Fort Worth, Texas. The role is fully onsite and offers the chance to shape study execution, team development, and quality outcomes across a growing research program.

• Lead the Clinical Research Coordinator, Data Coordinator, and Medical Records teams with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ensure all aspects of study conduct meet organizational and regulatory standards while supporting the highest quality of patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing and shared services leadership to support clinic operations, study acquisition, activation, and quality assurance.
• Review incoming protocols for feasibility with respect to research coordinator team capacity.
• Oversee accurate documentation and data capture in CTMS, EHR, and other required systems, including Veeva.
• Ensure timely, compliant data management and communication with monitors and auditors.
• Drive continuous process improvement across department workflows.
• Lead training, staffing, retention, and supervision for teams in scope.
• Partner with regulatory, quality, site development, pharmacy, and finance teams to ensure compliant, successful care delivery.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of leadership experience in an oncology clinical research setting.
• CITI GCP training.
• Working knowledge of GCP, GDPR, and federal clinical research regulations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and clinical documentation systems.
• Master's degree in health administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
• BLS/ACLS preferred.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional travel less than quarterly to support new site activation.
