Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00-$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training - no experience required

• Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Dedicated On‑Site BCBA Support - Work alongside an on‑site BCBA whoprovidesreal‑time clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in your role and grow professionally.

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

No direct ABA experience? No problem - we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career.

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism

• Work one-on‑one or in small group settings with clients

• Collect and record data to track client progress

• Provide written and verbal updatesregardingtreatment goals and progress

• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members

• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development

• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

• At least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Reliable transportation

• Ability tolift upto 50lbs.

• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently

• Passion for helping children and families

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
