Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay, Benefits & Perks
- Competitive pay:
- $20.00-$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked
- 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonuson their first paycheck
- Fully paid training - no experience required

What You’llDo- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on‑one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updatesregardingtreatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability tolift upto 50lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
