Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant for Bethesda Gardens serving an AL/IL community in Fort Worth, TX!
You must be a licensed Therapist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning
- Supervise assistants and aides
- Participate in case management
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state regulations and Synergy Care guidelines
- Represent Synergy Care’s commitment to excellence in every patient and facility interaction
