Responsible for all activities related to the hospital's Trauma Program.

Directs and organizes the services and systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing care to trauma patients.

Ensures full and seamless integration of all operational components eliminating variation and aligning strategic and operational processes.

Accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. Maintaining Level I Trauma designation is another large focus of the Trauma Services Manager.
