Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $+/hour DOE

Assignment: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Extension

• Answer inbound calls
• Assist with questions
• Direct calls to the appropriate Department/Staff member
• Ensure patients receive assistance as needed
• Schedule patient appointments

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous healthcare experience - minimum 1 year
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Pay Details: $22.50 to $24.00 per hour
