The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for general clinic office functions that support efficient and effective patient care including patient registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable co-insurance and/or co-payments and scheduling of diagnostic and follow-up appointments and answering phones.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ yearsof customer service experience with strong communication skills both in person and via phone
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office or medical environment
- Intermediate level of proficiency in PC software computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other departmental specific programs/applications
- Previous experience with medical insurance
- ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
- Prior experience with EMR computer applications
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Working knowledge of general office procedures

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
