Christiana Care is seeking a full-time Coding Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate coding for reimbursement and data collection. You will coordinate daily coding activities, train staff, and develop policies adhering to CMS/AHIMA/AMA guidelines.
The role requires RHIA/RHIT or CCS certification (or equivalent), college credits in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and at least three years of coding experience in HIM. Strong system implementation experience is a plus.
