Speech-Language Pathologist; SLP

Boomtown Therapy, LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting. We’re looking for a clinician who enjoys helping students build communication skills and working as part of a collaborative school team.

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs and write clear, timely evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy services.
• Monitor student progress, maintain service documentation, and complete progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and other school staff.
• Manage your caseload and meet applicable school and special education timelines.
• Provide supervision to an SLPA if assigned and qualified to do so.

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a school-based team.
• School-based experience is preferred. Clinical Fellowship Year SLPs will be considered.
