About the Role

Andretti Arcade Attendant is a part‑time position responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding service expectations, and creating a fun and exciting atmosphere while upholding Andretti's high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and greet them friendly and in a positive manner.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, showing a sense of urgency.
  • Assist with guest recovery, notifying management when needed to ensure positive experiences.
  • Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests.
  • Conduct redemption inventory and maintain fully stocked displays.
  • Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
  • Notify Game Technicians of machine errors and return play credit to guests.
  • Observe safety procedures, instruct guests, and monitor adherence to guidelines.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Andretti brand, products, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and co‑workers.
  • Work as a team player to meet guest needs and support other departments.
  • Attend all required training, meetings, and departmental sessions.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties for the department as assigned.
  • Prior guest‑service or hospitality experience preferred.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of guest‑service experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment settings.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, loud environment.
  • Ability to use a point‑of‑sale system and other electronic equipment.
  • Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb, bend, reach, turn, and occasionally stock up to 50 lbs; walk or stand for extended periods; work in extreme temperatures.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to operate all necessary equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety standards and emergency procedures.
