Valet Attendant

Overview

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is looking for Valet Attendants who deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You will assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and providing a friendly welcome to hotel guests. Opportunities exist to grow within the company and advance through the Crescendo Training Program.

• Work outside in all kinds of weather, as parking cars continues in rain, snow, heat, or cold.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, moving suitcases, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs within parking structures.
• Be personable and comfortable talking with guests to assist with the valet check-in process and provide excellent guest service.
• Work shifts potentially alone, with prior valet experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a valet parking attendant.
• Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle.
• Proficiency in English; verbal and written.
• Exceptional guest service and communication/interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally run.
• Ability to run up and down multiple levels of stairs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
