Job Summary

Spa Concierge positions available at Woodhouse Spa, DFW. Earn $17–$22 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Welcoming guests and preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities and proper guest flow.
• Providing guests with required intake forms, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls promptly.
• Assisting guests by escorting them to changing rooms, providing spa clothing, and preparing beverages throughout their stay.
• Working closely with therapists to ensure guests are comfortable and on schedule for their treatments.
• Maintaining organization of the changing rooms, quiet room, and service areas, including laundering of linens.
• Confirming appointments, selling gift cards, and educating guests about spa services and retail products.
• Ensuring appropriate lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy in the spa.
• Using knowledge of treatments to tailor the guest experience.
• Inquiring and listening for ways to surprise and delight guests, documenting details in appointment notes and providing specific actions.

• Preference for 5+ years of hospitality or retail experience and experience with appointment‑scheduling systems.
