Compensation
Hourly base pay range: $11 per hour plus $13-$16 per hour in tips.
Work ScheduleAfternoon/evening availability:
Thursday to Saturday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm.

The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner, including parking and retrieving vehicles, luggage assistance, and information guidance.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet and use a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and salutation of the day. Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist guests with bell services and luggage storage, and open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys, collect claim checks before issuing keys, and maintain ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt).
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required.
- Perform all job functions – 100% overall time.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or a congruent state.
- One month related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
- Skills:
read/write standard English; comprehend instructions, memos; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one or small group settings; perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide up to 100, 1000, and American currency); understand 24‑hour, military time, and rate systems; operate a manual transmission; perform parallel parking.
The role follows established procedures with frequent checks and verification. Decisions are made within departmental guidelines; errors may affect department efficiency.
Physical Requirements- Regularly talk or hear. Sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required.
- Lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds constantly.
- Work outdoors for extended periods, subject to extreme heat or cold.
Up to 5% travel may be required.
