Hotel Operations Manager

The hotel operations manager oversees the daily running of a hotel to ensure high service standards, smooth department coordination, and strong profitability. The operations manager manages day-to-day workflows across multiple departments and reports directly to the general manager (GM). While the GM focuses on high-level strategy and long-term financial growth, the operations manager handles tactical, hands‑on execution.

• Education:
  
  A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred for larger properties.
• Experience:
  
  3 to 5 years of hospitality management experience, including supervisory roles.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, problem-solving, verbal communication, and organizational skills under pressure.
• Hilton experience preferred.

• Department Coordination:
  Supervise key areas like the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to keep operations seamless.
