Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
In this Recruiting Specialist - Human Resources Manager role, you'll kick off each day by reviewing recruitment activity and team updates. From there, you'll dive into all things HR: managing benefits, overseeing insurance, streamlining onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A major part of your day will focus on recruiting top‑tier industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide, collaborating with department leaders to understand needs, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
You'll keep HR operations running smoothly so our people can thrive-and so we can keep delivering exceptional results to our clients.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- Proven experience in nationwide recruiting
- Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration/mechanical industry (preferred)
