The TA Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across assigned functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience. The TA Partner supports business hiring needs through proactive sourcing, effective process management, and strong collaboration with HR partners.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Full-Cycle Recruiting
*** Manage end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across assigned functions (e.g., Corporate, Commercial, R&D, Operations, etc.)
* Execute sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring timelines
* Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle from initial screening through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
** Hiring Manager Partnership
*** Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
* Participate in intake discussions to align on job scope, required skills, and interview approach
* Coordinate interview scheduling and support compliant, efficient hiring processes
** Sourcing & Talent Attraction
*** Source candidates using Linked In, ATS, referrals, and other recruiting channels
* Screen and assess candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and role alignment
* Support pipeline development for ongoing and future hiring needs
** Candidate Experience
*** Deliver a professional, timely, and inclusive candidate experience
* Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Support offer coordination and pre-employment steps in partnership with HR and Compensation
** Process & Data Management
*** Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Track recruiting activity and progress against hiring goals
* Follow established recruiting processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Skills and Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments
* Experience recruiting for entry- to mid-level professional roles
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency with ATS platforms and Linked In Recruiter
** Preferred
* ** Experience supporting multiple roles or functions simultaneously
* Background in fast-paced or growing organizations
