Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Corner Stone Professional Placement is seeking a Compensation Specialist based in Fort Worth Texas. This role will partner with departments and leadership to guide compensation decisions aligned with market data, internal equity, and organizational objectives while providing consultative support on market pricing, role reevaluations, and pay recommendations. They will conduct job evaluations, job leveling, FLSA analysis, and market competitiveness research, while preparing, reviewing, and updating job descriptions using benchmark data and market documentation.
Additionally, this position will manage compensation initiatives, participate in local, regional, and national compensation surveys including healthcare-focused surveys, and collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to deliver timely and accurate compensation guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of compensation experience
- Strong working knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and internal equity analysis, and Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job architecture, and market pricing
- Proficiency with Excel including market pricing, modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Compensation experience within a hospital, healthcare system, or medical environment, a plus
