Overview

Our People Experience (PX) team leads Power School’s human‑resources function, equipping and encouraging Power Schoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization’s global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.

Responsibilities Description

The Talent Acquisition team develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. The team works cross‑functionally with business leaders and PX to ensure we find the right talent for the organization.

Your day‑to‑day job will consist of:

Manage full life‑cycle recruitment

  • Consult with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop relationships, and communicate with them through the recruitment process
  • Source and screen potential candidates and move them through our interview process
  • Leverage data to develop strategic staffing plans and drive decision making
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage and work on multiple impactful projects
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Comfortable in all aspects of recruiting, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, working with business leaders, working with other HR team members, etc
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Fungibility and interest in working on different types of role profiles
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and balance multiple competing priorities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $69,200 - $86,500 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
