Position: Human Resources Manager 3
Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 to support Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX! This Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and/or administration of HR programs, policies and procedures for all Frontline staff. They will participate in and/or lead HR initiatives and special projects. They will be the lead for key HR functions such as Employee Relations, talent acquisition and development, and legal & regulatory compliance, manage multiple projects while performing the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the position, excellent communication skills;

both verbal and written are essential, a proven ability to manage complex HR organizations and multiple locations as well as excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Dorecruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systemspossess knowledge of state and federal HR laws, maintain active and terminated employee filescoordinate and conduct required monthly trainingpossess excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responsespossess strong time management and organizational skills, work well independently and as part of a teamunderstand and respect sensitive and confidential informationhave excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as neededcomplete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years in HR
