Job Description Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of temporary staffing contracts, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, contract terms, and service level expectations.
Oversee recruitment lifecycle activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement of qualified candidates across janitorial, maintenance, clerical, administrative, and other general labor roles.
Serve as the primary local point of contact for assigned public-sector or large-scale client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships focused on responsiveness, service quality, and contract compliance.
Coordinate closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely fill of open positions while meeting required qualifications, background checks, and onboarding standards.
Manage employee scheduling, workforce adjustments, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring to meet fluctuating operational demands.
Conduct regular client check-ins, site visits, and service reviews to ensure performance expectations and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Track and report key performance indicators including fill rate, time-to-fill, turnover, attendance, and client satisfaction metrics.
Address employee relations matters, performance concerns, and client escalations promptly in coordination with HR and leadership.
Support development of staffing plans, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives tailored to contract requirements.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and public-sector compliance standards. Skill set info Proven experience managing temporary staffing contracts, preferably supporting public-sector, municipal, or large-scale clients.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, workforce scheduling, and service delivery management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Working knowledge of labor compliance, wage and hour regulations, safety standards, and contract performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Job Diva, Bullhorn, or similar platforms).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to travel locally for client site visits and workforce oversight. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant staffing industry experience will be considered.
