LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the manufacturing sector as they seek a Senior HR Generalist to play a key role in expanding HR operations and supporting the launch of a new production facility. This is a high‑impact role ideal for an HR professional experienced in both corporate and plant environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and HR technologies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and required reporting.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, including ATS administration and offer letter preparation.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives that drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Provide daily HR guidance, coaching, and employee‑relations support to managers and staff.
- Conduct workplace investigations and manage corrective actions and terminations.
- Manage OSHA compliance programs, workers’ compensation claims, and related reporting.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master preferred
- HR experience within a manufacturing setting required
