We’re seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! This role is essential in overseeing the recruiting process across assigned facilities, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and supporting leadership in staffing decisions. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance are critical, along with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Lead candidate screening and provide recommendations for management and leadership roles
  • Manage the recruiting process from job posting through hire, ensuring smooth candidate flow
  • Track and report on key recruiting KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, representing the organization and engaging potential candidates
  • Support the therapy recruiting process, ensuring timely staffing for therapy positions
  • Manage sponsorship approvals and ensure job postings are optimized for visibility
  • Generate and manage offer letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as a resource for students, ensuring successful clinical placements and program experiences
  • Partner with facility leaders to support recruitment strategies and resolve staffing challenges
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven recruiting experience in healthcare or high-volume, multi-site environments preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruiting systems, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with facility leadership and HR teams
  • Understanding of candidate experience and workforce pipeline development
