Position

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about recruiting top talent, supporting employee relations, and contributing to a positive, people-focused workplace culture.

The HR Generalist will partner closely with managers and employees across the organization, playing a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of HR while helping drive initiatives that support organizational growth and employee success.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Support employee relations by providing guidance and assisting in the resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and leadership in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist HR leadership with HR systems audits, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Support ongoing HR projects and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and workplace issue resolution.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, collaborative team player with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and Linked In recruiting tools.
