Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant (Therapy Preferred)

Support Recruiting Operations Across Multiple Facilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our recruiting team at our Corporate Office in Fort Worth
. This role supports divisional recruiting efforts by helping coordinate hiring activities, maintaining recruiting systems, and assisting facilities in attracting top talent. Candidates with experience supporting therapy recruiting or healthcare recruiting are preferred.

Your Impact as a Talent Acquisition Assistant
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates to support divisional hiring needs
  • Post and manage job listings to ensure strong visibility and candidate engagement
  • Maintain recruiting records, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
  • Support recruiting campaigns, job fairs, and hiring initiatives
  • Collaborate with facility HR teams and leadership on hiring needs
  • Conduct recruiting research and assist with special projects to improve recruiting operations
  • Travel occasionally for job fairs, recruiting events, or divisional support as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
  • Healthcare or therapy recruiting experience preferred
  • Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, Linked In, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with recruiting systems or applicant tracking software
