Recruiter Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager (Frontline hiring).

A Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates through on-ground activities such as field visits, job fairs, campus drives, and local outreach programs. The role focuses on hiring frontline or blue-collar/workforce employees by directly interacting with candidates in various locations.

• Sourcing Candidates
  • Identify and attract candidates through field visits, local networks, community outreach, and references
  • Conduct bulk hiring for frontline roles (sales, delivery, technicians, etc.)
• Field Recruitment Activities
  • Visit target locations such as colleges, training institutes, job hubs, and local communities
  • Organize job drives, walk-ins, and recruitment camps
• Screening & Interviews
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates
  • Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules and selection processes
• Candidate Engagement
  • Guide candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure high joining and retention ratios
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
  • Track daily/weekly hiring numbers and field activities
• Employer Branding
  • Represent the company in local markets to build awareness
  • Promote company opportunities through offline channels
