Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) -

We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Fort Worth area and help shape the employee experience across multiple facilities.
Why This Role MattersAs an HRBP, you won’t just support the business—you’ll help drive it forward. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership and employees, translate business goals into people strategies, and play a key role in building an engaged, productive, and compliant workforce.
What You’ll Do- Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with current and future business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead administration of the collective bargaining agreement, including grievances and negotiations
- Coach managers on performance management, workforce planning, and employee development
- Champion employee engagement, morale, and a positive workplace culture
- Support staffing strategy, succession planning, and talent development
- Ensure HR compliance, accurate recordkeeping, and policy adherence
- Collaborate with EHS leadership to support a safe and compliant work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines
- Experience with employee relations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands‑on HRIS experience
- Someone who is hands‑on, credible, solutions‑oriented, and aligned with the business
