We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin.
This role is responsible for supporting and managing a broad range of HR functions, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance across multiple HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new‑hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive transition.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee relations while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement.
- Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; stay current with regulatory updates and recommend policy adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, address employee questions, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits‑related matters.
- Support employee development by coordinating performance management activities, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to strengthen individual and team performance.
- Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs aligned with organizational needs and strategic goals.
- Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal labor regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience with Paycom is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices, particularly related to recruitment.
