We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing and supporting a variety of HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This individual will serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, providing expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interview, and facilitating the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolutions, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Stay informed of HR regulations and recommend updates to align with legal changes or best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, address questions or concerns, and serve point of contact for benefits-related matters.
  • Support employee development by coordinating performance management processes, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs that align with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees through the company’s payroll system while ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and state & federal regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required
  • A minimum of 1
    -2 years of experience in Human Resources role.
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
  • Advance Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Paycom system experience is a plus
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices related to recruitment.
