Bilingual HR Generalist
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing manufacturing organization, to hire an experienced HR Generalist. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy production facility, offering the opportunity to own payroll while contributing across all areas of Human Resources.
The HR Generalist will oversee payroll administration while supporting recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and other core HR functions. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering closely with employees and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll accurately for a workforce consisting of both direct employees and contingent labor.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Serving as a resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
- Administering benefits, leave programs, performance management, and other day-to-day HR processes.
- Coordinating employee training, certifications, and compliance initiatives while maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel documentation, and assisting with ongoing HR projects.
Qualifications include:
- 3–5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Experience processing payroll for 200–400 employees or more.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred; experience with other HRIS/payroll systems will also be considered.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
