RDC-Alliance Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the recruiting process.
** Major Activities
*** Managing applicant database (HR Smart).
* Coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with outside staffing agencies to build temporary applicant pool for roles enterprise-wide.
* Coordinating temporary staff sourcing, offers and on-boarding.
* Managing new team member on-boarding process; including orientation schedules and reporting, and process new hire set up paperwork.
* Working with HR partners, payroll and departments across the organization to ensure new hires are properly set up and on-boarded.
* Managing the Employee Referral Program.
* Generating and maintaining regular reporting.
* Overseeing department budget and invoicing.
* Other duties as assigned
** Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
*** Strong Excel, basic Access and Microsoft office software skills
** Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
*** 1-3 years’ experience in a human resource function, including recruitment and hiring

* ** General knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
** Preferred Education
*** Some college education preferred; or significant work experience required
